The Opportunity

This isn’t your typical solutions engineer role. As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer at Blitzy, you’ll embed directly with our customers—from AI-forward startups to Fortune 500 enterprises—writing production code, architecting solutions, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with their engineering teams to deliver transformative outcomes.

You’ll be equally comfortable debugging complex integrations, participating in sprint planning, or whiteboarding architecture with CTOs. This role offers the rare opportunity to work with bleeding-edge AI technology while solving real enterprise challenges.

What You’ll Do

Customer Partnership

• Embed with customer teams during critical implementations as their technical co-pilot
• Participate in sprint planning, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making
• Build custom solutions that showcase Blitzy’s AI capabilities in their environment

Technical Implementation

• Write production-quality code to integrate Blitzy with enterprise systems
• Develop reusable patterns and tools that accelerate customer adoption
• Debug complex issues spanning customer infrastructure and our platform
• Create technical demos for advanced use cases

Strategic Impact

• Translate executive vision into actionable engineering roadmaps
• Identify expansion opportunities based on technical insights
• Influence our product roadmap through field experience
• Contribute to technical documentation and best practices

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 4-10 years shipping production code in enterprise environments
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one of: Java, Go, or C#
• Deep understanding of modern software practices (CI/CD, microservices, cloud architecture)
• Hands-on experience with Jira and enterprise development workflows
• Proven ability to navigate complex technical environments and stakeholder relationships
• Strong communication skills—explain technical concepts to anyone from intern to CTO

• Background in AI/ML, developer tools, or enterprise modernization
