What You’ll Do
Create high-converting product images – including main, secondary, and lifestyle images that meet Amazon’s requirements and best practices.
Design A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) that enhances product listings and improves conversion rates.
Develop and maintain Amazon Brand Stores, ensuring a cohesive and engaging shopping experience.

Organize and manage design assets efficiently to streamline workflow.
Work closely with the team to test and refine designs for optimal performance, not just aesthetics.
Handle multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Amazon design, with a strong understanding of Amazon’s image and content guidelines.
Strong photo manipulation and composition skills.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with task management tools to efficiently structure work.
Eager to learn and test—you understand that Amazon success is about what converts, not just what looks good.
Understanding What Drives Clicks & Conversions is a Huge Plus
A great designer doesn’t just create beautiful images—they create images that sell. If you understand the principles of Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate (CVR) and how images influence buyer decisions, you’ll have a strong edge in this role. The ability to craft breakthrough main images that drive engagement and strategically build content that speaks directly to the customer’s needs is highly valued.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to address buyer concerns visually, highlight the right differentiators, and subtly showcase why we stand out from the competition. If you instinctively think about how an image impacts a shopper’s decision rather than just how it looks, this role is for you.
Full-Time Commitment – No Side Work
This is a full-time position, and we expect every team member to be fully dedicated to Monegasque LLC. If you’re looking for freelance work or side gigs, this is not the right fit. We need someone who is fully invested in growing with our brand, continuously improving their skills, and delivering their best work without distractions.
