Your Role
The Digital Retail Growth – Associate Manager will run day-to-day growth, advertising, and merchandising for our Target.com, Walmart.com, CVS.com, Instacart, and other retail.com partners. This role will play an important role in driving rapid and profitable growth across O Positiv’s retail digital channels. This position will lead many critical activities including strategic analytics, insight generation, forecasting, reporting, agency interaction, and exceptional digital advertising and merchandising execution. This role reports to the VP of Marketplaces and will work cross-functionally with multiple teams at O Positiv. The ideal candidate will be analytical, structured, organized, self-motivated, an effective communicator, collaborative, and excited to be at the center of growth and operations for a rapidly growing sales channel.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Growth & performance: Run O Positiv’s Target.com, Walmart.com, CVS.com, Instacart, and other online retail channels and achieve all revenue and margin targets
- Retail media: Coordinate paid media execution (e.g., sponsored ads, display, etc.) with our agency partner and ensure all budgets, spend, performance, and content are managed effectively and efficiently
- Performance analysis: Analyze reatiler.com performance vs forecast targets, identify root causes of performance, and generate ideas and strategies that drive continuous improvement in growth and efficiency
- Forecasting: Manage retail digital forecasting to provide accurate projections for demand and collaborate with the Retail Sales & Marketing and Finance teams to ensure this is in-line with overall and channel level targets
- Promotions: Ensure determine O Positiv’s digital retail promotional strategy is well executed, analyze the results, and provide recommendations on future promotion strategy and calendar adjustments based on continuous learning and improvement
- New launches: Ensure new product launches are executed exceptionally and collaborate effectively to with the broader retail team to provide visibility of performance trends and implications to help inform longer term forecasting and decision making
- Data dashboards: Provide high quality reporting and analytics in collaboration with the Data & Analytics team and help iterate on data dashboards to ensure that team has the highest-quality data and analytics available
- New tool identification: Explore new tools, software, and capabilities and keep up to date on retail media best practices to ensure continued discovery of new insights
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- 2-5 years of management consulting, investment banking, or a large CPG or a startup in analytical role
- Strong analytical skills in Excel
- Strong interest in women’s health is a major plus
- Interpersonal:
- Structured and data-driven with ability to frame and solve complex problems individually and with others
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces – hard working, organized, and results-oriented individual
- Strong communication skills: listen, reflect, and proactively learn
- Strong time management and prioritization skills

Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $100,000 to $140,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.
