Experience Requirements:

– Minimum of three years of graphic design experience, with a preference for those who have worked in an agency or fashion environment.

– Demonstrable proficiency in multi-channel design, including but not limited to email campaigns, paid advertising, and social media content.

 

Technical Skills:

– Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

– Strong understanding of branding principles and the capability to adapt designs across various brands and platforms.

– Familiarity with project management software, particularly Asana, for effective management and prioritization of multiple projects.

– Develop visually compelling, contemporary designs for a range of channels, ensuring adherence to brand consistency while maintaining each brand’s unique identity.

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or another STEM field.
  • 2 years of experience in a web analytics role, with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions.
  • Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium), and SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills:
    • Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing.
    • Experience with data visualization.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools for advanced data analysis.
  • General understanding of digital marketing principles, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and UX/UI principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms are highly desirable.

Samsara’s Compensation Philosophy: Samsara’s compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is at or above market. We do this through our base salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles.  For eligible roles, a new hire RSU award may be awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually.

We pay for performance, and top performers in eligible roles may receive above-market equity refresh awards which allow employees to achieve higher market positioning.

The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

About the Job:

We are seeking a talented Contract Senior Website Visual Designer (UX/UI) to join our Creative Services team. The role requires impeccable design skills, knowledge of UX research techniques and the ability to craft strategic deliverables including (but not limited to) as sitemaps, user journeys using discovery data  and your expertise in client management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. Responsibilities:

About the Compensation:

This is a contract position. Hourly rate is commensurate with experience. The hourly rate range for this contract position is between $55/hour and $70/hour (in your local currency – CAD or US). This is a 100% remote role, but you must live and be able to work in the US or Canada.
