Project Manager – Recruiting & HR Focus (Remote | Full-Time)

MobiusEngine is seeking a Project Manager with hands-on experience in recruiting, HR, or talent operations. You’ll lead cross-functional projects that span hiring, onboarding, people operations, and internal tooling—working closely with leadership, engineering, and customer teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage recruiting pipelines, scheduling, and hiring operations
- Run people-related projects (onboarding, SOPs, performance workflows)
- Own timelines, trackers, and coordination across multiple teams
- Improve and document internal operations processes
- Help scale a remote-first, fast-growing startup
Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years in project coordination, HR, recruiting ops, or people teams
- Experience using ATS/HRIS tools and project trackers (Asana, Airtable, etc.)
- Excellent written communication and follow-through
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have:
- Startup or agency recruiting experience
- Exposure to remote team operations or international hiring
- Interest in HR tech, AI, or workforce automation
