Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design and be proficient in creating visually appealing and functional digital assets.

Location

• Portland, Oregon (Would be Awesome)
• Remote (Would be Awesome Too)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of web and digital projects from concept to completion while adhering to deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to bring visual concepts to life
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all digital platforms
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to make data-driven design decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web design technologies

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design work and projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Sketch

   

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
