Artistic Tile is seeking an Art Director to lead the Marketing department’s visual content teams.

The marketing department at Artistic Tile creates print & digital collateral for use on the company’s website, at tradeshows, in showrooms, on social media, and in advertising campaigns. The Art Director will oversee a small team of designers, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and 3D visualization artists, to effectively execute & elevate the vision of the brand.
Artistic Tile is a female-founded, pioneering luxury tile & stone brand that’s family owned and operated. We’re leaders in the field due to the importance we place on design innovation, quality control, and customer service. Design is central to what we do, and it’s the Art Director’s responsibility to grasp our brand identity and communicate it effectively across all channels and platforms, both online and offline.
The position requires significant hands-on work, personnel and time management skills, passion for and knowledge of interior design, and mastery of the Adobe suite.

This job operates out of Artistic Tile’s Secaucus, NJ headquarters. It’s right outside of Manhattan and an easy commute.
Candidates must:
Have a sophisticated, well-developed sense of taste/style
Be eager to produce unique, cutting-edge design
Have 6+ years in a similar field, with luxury experience a plus
Have a bachelor’s degree in fine art or graphics preferred
Provide an excellent portfolio with application
Provide recent and enthusiastic references
Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Respond well to constructive criticism
Create groundbreaking design work that stands out
Have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Have mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
Have mastery of online design tools like Figma and Canva
Have experience with HTML
Be tuned into the trends in the design world, with an active interest in emerging and excellent design.
