Senior Smart Contract Engineer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Blockchain / Smart Contract Engineer to design, build, and deploy secure, scalable, and production-ready blockchain infrastructure.

In this role, you’ll develop smart contracts that power token economies, Web3 gaming ecosystems, decentralized applications (DApps), and other on-chain products. You’ll translate complex business and economic models into reliable smart contract architecture while maintaining a strong focus on security, performance, gas efficiency, and maintainability.

You’ll work closely with technical teams, tokenomics specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure blockchain solutions are built on robust, well-tested foundations and are ready for real-world deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts across Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Write secure, maintainable, and gas-efficient Solidity code following established development and security best practices.
• Collaborate with tokenomics specialists to translate economic models, incentive structures, and token mechanics into smart contract logic.
• Architect, build, and maintain decentralized applications (DApps) from initial technical design through production deployment.
• Develop comprehensive automated tests and support smart contract auditing processes to identify vulnerabilities and improve reliability.
• Integrate blockchain infrastructure with front-end applications, APIs, wallets, and back-end services.
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and development workflows.
• Monitor emerging blockchain technologies, development frameworks, standards, protocols, and known security vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing smart contracts and blockchain integrations for security, performance, and gas efficiency.
• Translate client and product requirements into clear technical specifications, architecture decisions, and implementation plans.
• Work collaboratively across engineering, product, strategy, and tokenomics teams to deliver reliable Web3 solutions.

What You’ll Bring

A strong understanding of Solidity, Ethereum, EVM architecture, smart contract security, and decentralized application development, combined with the ability to turn complex requirements into secure and maintainable blockchain solutions.

Experience with modern Web3 development frameworks, testing environments, wallet integrations, token standards, and smart contract auditing practices will be highly valuable.
