Our industry and business are continually evolving and fast-paced, providing numerous opportunities to learn and hone your skills. We work hard, but we also like to have fun, and believe that we provide a great place to come to work each day to pursue your passions.

The Challenge:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for our suite of technology products. This is a leadership role where you will manage a team of Product Owners and work closely with engineering, enterprise architecture, and various business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that enhance how our ~7,000 employees work.

Your product portfolio will be critical to our company’s operational excellence and will include:

  • Collaboration Tools: Such as Slack, Miro, and other platforms that foster teamwork and communication.
  • Developer Tools: Including GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, and other solutions that streamline our software development lifecycle.
  • Infrastructure/DevOps Tools: Encompassing secrets management, pipeline automation, and other foundational technologies that ensure our systems are secure and efficient.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and champion a clear, compelling product vision and strategy for the Technology Enablement product portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and technology strategy.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop, maintain, and communicate the overall product roadmap, working with Product Owners to prioritize initiatives based on business value, user needs, and strategic importance.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Owners, fostering a culture of user-centricity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between the Technology Enablement team and key stakeholders across the business, including engineering leadership, enterprise architects, security teams, and representatives from various labels. Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress.
  • User-Centricity: Drive a deep understanding of internal user needs, pain points, and workflows through research, feedback sessions, and data analysis. Ensure that solutions are designed to enhance employee productivity and experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering managers and enterprise architects to ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, secure, and align with our enterprise architecture principles.
  • Adoption & Impact Measurement: Partner with Product Owners and enablement specialists to drive the adoption of new tools and features. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of enablement products.
  • Vendor & Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the collaboration, developer tools, and DevOps spaces. Evaluate and recommend new tools or enhancements to existing platforms.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for product management and product ownership within the Technology Enablement team.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of defining and launching successful technology products or platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading product owners or product teams.
  • Strong understanding of and experience with a range of technologies, including:
  • Collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Miro, Confluence, Jira).
  • Developer tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory).
  • Infrastructure/DevOps concepts and tools (e.g., secrets management, CI/CD pipelines, automation).
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for improving employee experience and productivity through technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as an engineer
  • Knowledge of scripting or query languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for data analysis.
  • Experience in an organization of similar size and complexity (~7,000 employees).

What We Offer You:

  • Great Company Culture. Ranked as one of the most creative and innovative places to work, creativity, innovation, efficiency, diversity and philanthropy are among the core tenets of our organization and are integral drivers of our continued success.
  • Growth: As a global entertainment company, we pride ourselves on creating environments where employees are encouraged to be themselves, inquisitive, collaborative and to grow within and around the company.
  • Work Hard, Play Hard. Our employees bond, blow-off steam, and flex some creative muscles – through corporate boot camp classes, company parties, game release events, monthly socials, and team challenges.
  • Benefits. Medical (HSA & FSA), dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan, commuter benefits, in-house wellness program, broad learning & development opportunities, a charitable giving platform with company match and more!
