We’re seeking a driven Account Executive to help scale our national facility network by
introducing our platform to tennis and pickleball and other racquet sports clubs across the
country.
This is a high-impact, consultative sales role ideal for someone passionate about building
relationships, supporting sports facilities in growing their business, and contributing to the
success of a fast-growing startup. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new facilities,
showcasing the value of our proprietary court marketing platform, and driving long-term
partnerships.

manage a high-performing book of business.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect and Outreach: Identify, research, and engage prospective tennis and pickleball clubs across the country through outbound efforts including email, phone, LinkedIn, and event
networking.
• Sales Presentations and Demos: Deliver compelling platform presentations and live demos to showcase the value of CourtsApp’s court booking and player marketing capabilities.
• Consultative Selling: Understand the unique operational needs of each facility and tailor the value
proposition to help them increase court utilization and streamline scheduling.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot), tracking all communications, follow-ups, and deal progress.
• Contract Negotiation & Onboarding: Lead negotiations and close agreements with new partners, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding and setup with the partner success implementation team.
• Market Feedback & Insights: Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights and feedback from facilities to inform product team on proposed improvements and enrich our sales strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, partner success, and product teams to ensure
brand alignment, messaging, and a seamless customer experience.
• Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Who You Are
• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or business development.
• Exceptional communication skills – clear, concise, and persuasive in both written
and verbal interactions.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented – able to manage time eVectively and consistently
meet or exceed targets.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment – comfortable with ambiguity and
excited by growth opportunities.
• Bonus: Passion for racquet sports or prior experience working with sports clubs.
