You’re not afraid to dig into Figma files, whip up something fresh, and guide a team of talented creatives to deliver focused work. We’re open to contract or full-time applicants—show us what you’ve got, and we’ll figure it out together.

Responsibilities

• You’ll contribute your expertise to our branding and design process, actively shape our agency workflows, embrace a growth mindset, and bring your best effort to every project, big or small.
• Experienced in Figma for creating wireframes, designs, and interactive prototypes, focusing on scalable, component-based design.
• You can create compelling content by using copywriting, typography selection, art direction of product renderings and photoshoots, and illustrators.
• You seamlessly navigate web and print design, from crafting a startup’s brand identity to shaping the design system for an enterprise e-commerce or marketing site.
• A portfolio showcasing creative excellence and strategic thinking—where craft, aesthetics, and business-driven problem-solving come together.
• Skilled at transforming brand identities into compelling digital experiences while applying strong design principles to UI and UX.
• Provide developers with comprehensive documentation on design guidelines, including spacing tokens, responsive typography, grids, layouts, and interactive elements.
• Equally effective working solo or alongside a team, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
• Skilled in Adobe Suite, with expertise in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Highly organized with a strong passion for craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
• Self-assured and capable of articulating and defending decisions with well-reasoned arguments based on thorough research and insights.
• Receptive to feedback, open to direction, and eager to ask thoughtful questions.
• Thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, embracing diverse design challenges within a team of specialist generalists.
