We’re looking for a highly organized and rigorous freelancer person, with strong writing and speaking skills and with innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit to help us implement performance indicators, optimize initiatives and suggest areas for improvement for one of our international client’s social media accounts.

This role is focused on improving your social media manager skills. As a Social Media Specialist you will help implement the strategy and growth of our client’s social media channels. This is not only posting and monitoring the community but actively organizing, analyzing and optimizing everything that we do. Paid media notions will be a plus.

The person for this role needs to have an understanding and first-hand experience with social media strategy, analysis, channel management, and community management as well as knowledge about the music industry.

The candidate will join a team of cross-functional experts and work for a very exciting music account.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
A trusted and valued professional who can help drive our goals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Feed wider EU campaigns into local Spanish plans following alignment meetings with a wider EU account team.
Social media planning each week with evergreen and campaign content.
Directly engage with consumers on client channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
Support creatives, strategists, and account managers with content curation, distribution and engagement.
Web and Social Listening for trending content, conversations, topics, events and news.
Real-time Monitoring of social channels for growth and engagement through strategic engagement and activation.
Regularly track, monitor, and optimize performance of campaigns and accounts

REQUIREMENTS

Be registered as self-employed.
Fluent in Spanish and English speaking and writing is a must.
2+ years experience developing social media, paid media, editing copy, and engaging with page visitors.
Strong organization and excellent attention to detail.
Execution focus with strong marketing sense.
Knowledge of tools such as Sprinklr, Slack, Asana, Trello, Excel, Microsoft and Mac will be a plus.
Knowledge and curiosity of social media best practices.
Flawless spelling and grammar.
Incomparable attention to detail.
Experience with social community management.

Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments
Experience managing influencer campaigns will be a plus
