Our Marketing team is looking for a Motion Designer with proven experience in motion design and animation and an interest in other areas of design such as graphics, branding, interactive, etc.

Our ideal candidate is a creative and diligent professional. They will focus on a diverse range of projects that include motion design for brand identity, website animation, advertising, social media, etc.

This role will report to the Team Lead, Design, and collaborate with other designers, the larger Marketing team, and other departments in a distributed and multicultural setting.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and applying multiple brands’ style guides and design systems, and contributing to their evolution.
• Collaborating with the Marketing team on different motion design projects.
• Collaborating on graphic design projects such as print collaterals, illustrations, ads, etc.
• Translating a creative brief from storyboard to effective motion.
• Crafting dynamic motion graphics, including brand awareness videos, product demos, web animations, ads, and social content.
• Building, developing, and improving video templates for common use cases and for use by our Multimedia Content Specialist.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest animation, motion, and design trends, globally and around competitors.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere.
• Strong illustration skills and an ability to build on our illustration library.
• Experience with Figma is appreciated.
• Acute sense of design principles and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Degree in Graphic Design or a relevant field, and a minimum of 3 years of motion design experience.
• Portfolio and/or demo reel demonstrating technical expertise and creative background required.
• Experience collaborating with a globally distributed team.
