The Residency is a dynamic startup focused on revolutionizing the way football fans and superstars engage and connect with each other. Our innovative app provides a platform for fans to directly chat with their favorite football superstars and participate in engaging games. By bridging the gap between fans and their idols, we aim to create an immersive and interactive experience that brings the football community closer together.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to conceptualize, design, and deliver exceptional user interfaces and experiences for our mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including design systems, style guides, and UI specifications.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile UI/UX design, and incorporate them into our design processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your mobile design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
