Description of the offer

Mid-Level Graphic Designer for contract work at 30-40 hours per week. We seek a designer who collaborates closely with our in-house team, participates in established workflows, and is open to a longer contract to grasp and execute within our complex brand and business model. The ideal candidate will:

• Develop various materials including, but not limited to, sales enablement tools (sell sheets, decks, promotional materials), customer marketing assets (point of purchase, banner ads, pamphlets), and operational documents (product spec sheets, designed technical documents).
• Balance the preservation of our established design frameworks and brand identity, while creatively introducing innovative and fresh perspectives.
• Demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail, and a willingness to engage in a longer-term contract for a deeper understanding of our business.
• Experience in motion graphics and a background in the food & beverage industry, particularly in collaboration with sales teams, would be beneficial.
