We are looking for an experienced Director of Performance Marketing to join our women-led team and be a key player in our organization who helps us reach more customers and grow our impact. We are looking for someone who believes in our mission, has heart, and is comfortable with fast paced growth.
As the Director of Performance Marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition and measurable revenue growth by scaling and expanding our paid marketing channels and conversion rate optimization of our primary webinar sales funnel.
As we grow and scale, we need someone who can own their role and hit their metrics, manage multiple moving pieces and team members / contractors / agencies with incredible leadership and organizational skills, and equally important – be someone we love working with, since you will work closely with the senior leadership team.
This role is a top priority in the company. We are looking for someone who can own new customer acquisition which has thus far been run by the two co-founders and independent contractors. We are looking for an experienced person to oversee all paid media, thoughtfully optimize, scale, and manage a $10M to $30M annual marketing budget and expand the number of customer acquisition channels.

3. Be Able to Produce Weekly & Monthly Attribution Reports by Channel
4. Manage and Optimize our Front End Sales Webinar Conversion Funnel
You will own 5 key numbers as the Director of Performance Marketing:
Who will you work with?
You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and directly manage all of our paid media agencies.
You will also work closely with our data analyst and our copywriter for ad creative and optimizing the webinar funnel.
Where will you work?
We work 100% remotely and are scattered around North America from Washington to California, Florida, Texas, and Massachusetts, as well as across the world. We have 2-4x per year in-person meetings in rotating locations in the USA.
We provide flexible work hours, but require you to be available for occasional meetings from 10am – 3pm Pacific Time and that you join us in Slack (our asynchronous communication software).
