Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Art Director to spearhead the creative endeavors of our company. As the driving force behind our artistic vision, you will have the opportunity to shape the way educational content is experienced and enjoyed. This is a part-time position, compensated with equity, until we successfully validate our proof-of-concept and secure funding.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the creative direction and execution of our projects, ensuring they align with our vision and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team, combining your artistic expertise with their technical (AI/ML) and business acumen.
• Stay at the forefront of the art world and emerging technologies, particularly in the realm of Generative AI, to inform and enhance our creative processes.
• Develop and maintain a consistent artistic style across various projects, ensuring a high standard of quality and impact.
• In future, lead and inspire a team of talented artists and designers, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for art and creativity, with a deep understanding of various artistic disciplines, tools & techniques
• A track record of staying ahead of the curve in the art world and a keen interest in exploring the potential of Generative AI in creative expression.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to be part of a startup journey, leveraging your skills to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, enabling you to effectively convey your artistic vision and motivate your team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, allowing you to balance multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
