We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketer to join our team. If you are an experienced professional with 2-3 years experience in hitting your targets on Meta – we would love to meet you!

What you’ll bring to the team

• 2-3+ years experience in performance marketing on Meta – one or more other platforms are a plus
• Experience having ownership of conversion rate optimization, landing pages, etc.
• You “know your shit” – your KPIs, conversion rates, targets and results are impressive already and you’re ready to #levelup further together with us
• Fluent in English

What you’ll be working on

• You will be responsible for our Meta ads, conversion rate optimization, landing pages, revenue, scale, ROAS & PLTV:CAC goals
• Your success metrics will be hitting our growth targets
• On a typical day you optimize & scale campaigns, work with our team of video editors, designers, and copywriters to create winning assets – rapid feedback loops are key here to iterate and improve performance
• You will also analyze & report on data and troubleshoot bottlenecks and optimize conversion
