  • Recommend site organization and user experience improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on overall website strategy

Phase 2: Content & Wireframing (September to Early October)

  • Create wireframes and page layouts
  • Refine site structure and navigation
  • Work alongside content stakeholders as copy is developed and finalized

Phase 3: Development & Build (Mid to Late October)

  • Begin WordPress development
  • Build responsive page templates
  • Configure CMS and content structure
  • Support implementation and testing

Project Completion

  • Launch and finalize the website by year-end

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve existing website architecture
  • Design wireframes and page layouts
  • Build and launch a modern WordPress website
  • Configure and customize CMS functionality
  • Develop responsive, mobile-friendly experiences

  • Organize and migrate existing content into the new site structure

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong WordPress design and development expertise
  • Experience creating wireframes, sitemaps, and user journeys
  • Proficiency in responsive web design principles
  • Experience managing website redesign projects from concept through launch
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both website design and development work

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with Webflow
– Background working with manufacturing, industrial, B2B, or technical organizations
– Familiarity with photography and video-forward website experiences
– Experience improving information architecture and content organization for large websites
