- Manage paid social campaigns, including targeting, budgets, creative testing, performance tracking, and optimization
- Own the organic social calendar and its results, helping professionals discover practical tools, expert insights, and CE opportunities
- Partner with our external social media agency on strategy, speaker coordination, asset delivery, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media with campaign priorities, brand goals, learner needs, and PESI’s mission
- Analyze performance data to understand what converts, what resonates, and where to improve
- Stay current on platform updates, tools, algorithms, and audience behavior — then translate insights into action
- Bring forward fresh campaign, content, and platform ideas that help PESI reach the right audience with education that makes an impact
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing social media programs that drive measurable conversion
- Hands-on paid social experience, including ad platforms, budgets, testing, and performance analysis
- Strong organic social planning, scheduling, and community management skills for professional audiences
- Experience working with external content partners, speakers, subject-matter experts, or creator partners
- Strong analytical skills paired with a creative, collaborative, and self-driven approach
- Curiosity about social platforms, tools, and trends — with the ability to turn what you learn into clear next steps
Nice to Have
- Experience with behavioral health or event marketing
- Experience with creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or brand ambassador programs
- Experience supporting social media across multiple brands and countries
