ABOUT BRIXLORE TV

Brixlore TV is a digital media initiative of Brixlore Media Group; it is a multi-platform streaming service, focused on creating, curating, and distributing engaging original digital content across Web, iOS, and Android.

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager who can help build Brixlore TV’s online presence. This is not simply a “post and schedule” role. We are looking for someone who understands social media strategy, audience growth, content storytelling, platform algorithms, trends, SEO, community engagement, and analytics and can translate these into consistent digital growth.

THE ROLE

As our Social Media Manager, you will own the day-to-day social media presence of Brixlore TV across relevant platforms.

You will develop content strategies, manage social channels, coordinate content production, create or oversee platform-native content, engage with the audience, monitor trends, and use analytics to continuously improve performance.

You should be comfortable working independently, bringing new ideas to the table, and taking ownership of results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Social Media Strategy

· Develop and execute Brixlore TV’s social media strategy.

· Define content pillars, audience segments, platform priorities, and posting cadence.

· Align social media activities with Brixlore TV’s broader content and audience-growth objectives.

· Develop strategies for organic reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and audience retention.

· Continuously identify opportunities to improve Brixlore TV’s social presence.

2. Content Planning & Management

· Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.

· Transform existing Brixlore TV articles, videos, interviews, features, and other media assets into social-first content.

· Create compelling captions, headlines, hooks, CTAs, hashtags, and post descriptions.

· Repurpose long-form content into Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, carousels, quote cards, graphics, Stories, and other short-form formats.

· Ensure all content follows Brixlore TV’s brand voice, visual identity, and editorial standards.

3. Social Media Content Creation

· Create or coordinate engaging social media graphics using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.

· Create and/or edit short-form video content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.

· Develop platform-native content rather than simply cross-posting identical material.

· Create strong hooks and storytelling structures designed to capture attention within the first few seconds.

4. Platform Management

Manage and optimize Brixlore TV’s presence across relevant platforms, including:

· Facebook (Meta)

· Instagram / Threads

· TikTok

· YouTube / YouTube Shorts

· LinkedIn

· X/Twitter

· Other emerging platforms relevant to Brixlore TV’s target audience

5. Social SEO & Discoverability

· Apply social media SEO principles to captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, keywords, and profiles.

· Conduct keyword, hashtag, audience, competitor, and trend research.

· Optimize social profiles and content for discoverability.

· Identify topics and search terms with potential for increased organic reach.

6. Trends & Content Intelligence

· Monitor emerging social media trends, formats, sounds, memes, creators, and platform updates.

· Identify opportunities for Brixlore TV to participate in relevant trends while maintaining brand credibility.

· Conduct competitor and industry research.

· Recommend new content formats, campaigns, collaborations, and audience-growth opportunities.

7. Analytics & Performance Optimization

· Monitor key performance indicators such as reach, followers, shares, traffics, conversion and prepare regular social media performance reports.

· Identify which content formats, topics, hooks, and platforms are performing.

· Use data to recommend what should be continued, changed, tested, or discontinued.

· Conduct content experiments and A/B testing where appropriate.

Required / Preferred Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in media, entertainment, or streaming.

2. Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a brand, media company, publication, creator, agency, or digital business.

3. Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

4. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

5. Experience creating or managing Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories, carousels, and social graphics.

6. Knowledge of social media algorithms, audience growth, and engagement strategies.

7. Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting.

8. Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, hashtag strategy, and social SEO.

9. Experience with Canva and/or other graphic design tools.

10. Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar video-editing tools is an advantage.

11. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and coordination with the team.

13. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

14. Proactive mindset—you identify opportunities rather than waiting to be told what to do.

15. Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
