Scrum Master – Data, Analytics & Platform Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Data, Analytics, and Platform Engineering teams in driving Agile adoption, coaching technical teams, and enabling successful delivery of complex data products and platform capabilities.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on, highly independent Scrum Master who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding and confidently interact with Senior Management, engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.

🔑 Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments
• Proven experience driving Agile transformation, coaching, and adoption
• Strong experience supporting highly technical teams, preferably Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Analytics, Software Engineering, or Cloud/Data Platform teams
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies
• Excellent experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Proven ability to identify/remove delivery impediments and manage cross-team dependencies
• Experience delivering complex enterprise initiatives
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong executive/Senior Management presence
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, make decisions, and operate effectively without extensive guidance

⭐ Preferred Skills

• CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Experience with Data Governance, Master Data Management, Metadata Management, and Data Quality
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• Experience supporting AI/ML, Data Science, and Analytics teams
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern data engineering workflows
• Experience with cloud data migrations, platform modernization, data pipelines, technical debt, release coordination, and environment/infrastructure dependencies
