Role Description

As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will support the planning, implementation, and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns for our digital platforms.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing target audiences and markets, supporting campaigns across online channels such as social media, SEM, SEO, and paid search (SEA), evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing reports and actionable recommendations.

Our team is still small, which means you will work closely with the founder and potential business partners, giving you direct exposure to the development and growth of the company.

This internship is fully remote, allowing you to work flexibly from any location.

Please note that this is an unpaid internship.

Qualifications

• Communication & Customer Orientation: Strong communication skills and a high level of customer and service orientation.
• Marketing Strategy & Performance Marketing: Understanding of marketing strategies and digital campaign planning, along with basic knowledge of performance marketing.
• Market Research & Analysis: Ability to conduct market and competitor research, interpret data, and translate insights into clear recommendations for marketing initiatives.
• Sales Mindset & Collaboration: Basic understanding of sales and conversion optimization, with the ability to connect marketing activities to broader sales and business objectives.
• Additional Requirements: Currently studying or trained in Marketing, Business Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; confident using common online marketing tools and analytics platforms; structured and organized approach to work; willingness to learn; and an interest in AI, mental health, care, and legal services.
• For suitable candidates, this position may develop into a long-term collaboration. We are looking for productive, proactive team members who think independently and are eager to learn new things.
• If the collaboration is successful and both parties are satisfied, there may be an opportunity to transition into a performance-based working arrangement afterward.
