Paid Ads Manager - Remote job in USA

🏢 Ten Golden Rules 📍 United States 📅 Posted Oct 2, 2026

Job Overview & Description

Why This Role Is Different

Help ambitious law firms turn paid advertising into qualified leads and signed cases. At Ten Golden Rules, you will own the day-to-day work behind that outcome: Google Search Ads, Google Screened Local Services Ads (LSAs), measurement, and continuous improvement. You will bring a core paid ads function in-house, work directly with a team focused exclusively on law firm growth, and have room to build the function as we grow.

We use the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to set clear priorities and accountability. We test new approaches, share what we learn, and care about client results beyond clicks and raw lead counts.

What You Get

  • 100% remote work and a flexible schedule
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO)
  • Salary of $60,000 to $75,000 USD based on experience, plus performance bonus opportunities
  • Direct access to leadership and a clear opportunity to grow into leading a paid ads team
  • Professional development, coaching, and opportunities to attend company live events and industry conferences
  • Work with a global, English-speaking team focused on innovation in legal marketing

Our Culture

Our purpose is to win and be the best. Our niche is digital marketing and growth strategy for law firms. Our core values guide how we work: Expect Excellence; Make it Fun and Easy; Own It & Solve It; and Lead the Trends / Innovate.

Your Mission

Own paid advertising performance for a portfolio of law firm clients. This is a hands-on manager role: you will run campaigns and coordinate projects, with no direct reports initially and limited vendor oversight. As the function expands, there is an opportunity to hire, mentor, and lead team members.

Google Search Pay Per Click (PPC) and LSAs are the primary channels. YouTube advertising is an important growth opportunity. Meta, Facebook, and Instagram advertising are secondary channels used when they fit a client’s strategy. Your decisions should connect spend to qualified leads, consultations, signed cases, and return on investment.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Google Search Ads and PPC

  • Build and optimize campaigns by practice area, market, search intent, and case type; manage keywords, negatives, ad copy, bidding, budgets, targeting, and search terms.
  • Test campaign structure, creative, landing pages, and conversion paths; diagnose wasted spend, weak lead quality, and rising acquisition costs.
  • Listen to calls and coach clients on best practices for conversion optimization.
  • Manage YouTube and Microsoft Advertising when appropriate and recommend budget allocation across channels.

Google Screened Local Services Ads

  • Launch and maintain profiles, verification, attorney and location details, practice categories, service areas, budgets, and eligibility.
  • Train clients to review calls and messages, rate (dispute) eligible invalid leads, monitor responsiveness and missed calls, and resolve verification or delivery problems.
  • Partner with clients and intake teams to improve response times, qualification, booking, and conversion.

YouTube and Social Advertising

  • Develop and manage YouTube campaigns where video can support awareness, remarketing, and lead generation; test audiences, creative, and outcomes.
  • Support Meta, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns selectively based on client goals, available creative, and measurable results.

Measurement and collaboration

  • Verify tracking in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, call-tracking platforms, and intake systems.
  • Report qualified leads, consultations, signed cases, acquisition costs, and return on ad spend when the data is available; distinguish these from platform conversions.
  • Coordinate landing-page improvements with account, search, content, design, development, and intake teams. Document tests, budgets, changes, and recommendations clearly.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you will learn each client’s markets and case criteria, audit assigned Search Ads and LSA accounts, verify meaningful conversion tracking, identify wasted spend and lead-quality issues, and establish a practical testing, lead-review, and reporting rhythm.

Over time, success means stronger qualified lead and signed-case outcomes, responsible budget pacing, accurate reporting, and a reliable in-house paid ads operation. We will assess performance with measures such as cost per qualified lead, cost per signed case, valid LSA lead rate, response and booking rates, Search Ads conversion quality, and client retention.

Who Thrives Here

  • A hands-on paid media expert who enjoys owning execution and solving performance problems.
  • An analytical communicator who can explain tradeoffs and recommendations to clients and teammates.
  • An organized project owner who can manage several accounts, deadlines, verification issues, and tests at once.
  • Someone who treats client budgets and confidential lead information with care and follows applicable advertising policies

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least three years of hands-on paid digital advertising experience, including demonstrated management of Google Search Ads and Google Local Services Ads.
  • Strong command of campaign structure, keyword match types, negatives, bidding, budget pacing, search-term analysis, and conversion tracking.
  • Working knowledge of LSA verification, Google Screened requirements, service areas, lead review and disputes, responsiveness, and account troubleshooting.
  • Experience with competitive lead-generation campaigns and substantial monthly budgets.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, LSAs, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and call-tracking systems.
  • Ability to evaluate lead quality, write effective ad copy, manage projects, and present clear performance recommendations.

Preferred Experience

  • Legal marketing, especially personal injury or another competitive practice area.
  • YouTube Ads strategy and execution; video creative testing and remarketing.
  • CallRail or similar tools, customer relationship management (CRM) and intake integrations, offline conversions, and signed-case attribution.
  • Microsoft Advertising, Meta advertising, Looker Studio, landing-page optimization, and Google Ads certifications.
  • Knowledge of legal advertising rules and experience developing repeatable agency processes.

Growth Path

You will initially own campaign execution and paid ads projects. As client needs and the function grow, this role can expand into building processes, hiring and mentoring specialists, and leading a paid ads team.
