Now, we’re looking for a Paid Ads Creator to join our small, ambitious team!
You’ll make around 60 paid ads a month for ReciMe — scripting, filming and editing every one of them yourself. You’ll earn commission based on ad spend and can earn up to $10k p/month.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Script, shoot and edit around 60 paid ads a month for Meta and TikTok, end to end
- Cook on camera — most of what you make is you, in a kitchen, actually using the app
- Come with your own angles and hooks rather than waiting to be briefed on every ad
- Turn work around fast — shoot and cut in the same week
- Use the performance data on your own ads to iterate rather than guess
- Learn what’s working across the wider creator group, and feed back what you find
💪 What You Bring
Must Have
- You genuinely cook, and you love ReciMe — this shows on camera and can’t be faked
- Proven volume — a body of short-form work you personally scripted, shot and edited
- Either you know how to make direct response ads, or you’ve made organic content that genuinely went viral
- Natural and comfortable on camera
- Editing that’s fast and native to Meta and TikTok — same-day turnarounds
- Coachable — you take performance feedback well and act on it rather than defend the cut
Nice to Have
- You’ve led, mentored or run a group of creators before — useful for the coaching track later
- An audience of your own in food or home cooking
- A kitchen you can shoot in whenever you need to
