Position Summary
Lula is seeking a Marketing Manager to play a key role to build a repeatable marketing engine that drives top-of-funnel demand and equips sales to win.
This role is ideal for a marketer who can move from strategy to execution quickly across digital campaigns, content, social media, events, and sales enablement. You’ll shape campaign planning and performance, create customer-facing and sales-facing assets, and help define our positioning as we scale into new markets and release new products. You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing, collaborating closely with Sales and Product, and be supported by contractors as needed.
This is one of the most exciting times to join Lula, as we scale our customer base and launch new products to serve residential property managers nationwide.
Position Responsibilities
- Champion Lula’s brand across all channels
- Build and promote the reputation of our provider network and service experience through testimonials, stories, and social proof
- Support Lula’s content strategy, providing TOF, MOF and BOF efforts to better capture and generate demand
- Plan and execute events and tradeshows, building a repeatable in-person experience tailored to each event
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to align messaging across the customer journey
- Collaborate with partners on co-marketing, webinars, and joint promotion
- Support go-to-market and positioning for key products: Core Boost, LuMi, and Foresight
Role Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or Proptech startup
- Proven success in both strategy and execution—across content, digital, email, social, and events
- Strong understanding of product and partner marketing in a sales-led, product-enabled environment
- Skilled in leveraging AI, marketing automation, CRM tools, and campaign analytics
- Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Design
- Hands-on creator who’s as comfortable writing copy and building campaigns as they are analyzing funnel performance
