Title: Marketing Campaign Specialist

Location: Remote (Must Work PST Hours) Seattle, WA Preferred

Duration: 6-Month Contract | Potential Extension or Conversion

Pay Rate: $28 -$30hr

We’re seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to support the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and organizational priorities. This opportunity is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution and using data to drive measurable results.

In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies to plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns that reach diverse audiences through digital channels and integrated marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through launch
  • Support initiatives focused on brand awareness, audience engagement, and growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external marketing agencies
  • Manage campaign timelines, assets, deliverables, and vendor relationships
  • Support paid digital advertising initiatives across search and social channels
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand standards and organizational objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, demand generation, or related functions
  • Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns from strategy through implementation
  • Experience managing external agencies, consultants, or marketing vendors
  • Hands-on experience with paid digital advertising, including social media and search marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within healthcare, higher education, nonprofit, or large enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar reporting platforms
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
