- Develop strong relationships with community members and understand their needs, challenges, and experiences
- Manage and engage with online communities such as Discord and Reddit
- Help moderate conversations and handle sensitive community situations with good judgment
- Design and run product feedback, beta, and user-testing programs
- Recruit and match community members with relevant product feedback opportunities
- Collect feedback through forms, discussions, live sessions, and other channels
- Synthesize qualitative feedback into clear, actionable summaries for Product and Research teams

- Experience with programs such as Ambassador, Champion, Advocate, MVP, or similar
- Hands-on experience managing the member lifecycle, such as applications, onboarding, communications, engagement, and recognition
- Experience building operational systems, workflows, trackers, playbooks, or documentation
- Experience running beta, user-testing, customer-feedback, or product-feedback programs
- Hands-on experience with online community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Slack, or forums
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn qualitative feedback into clear recommendations
- Comfortable working with community and collaboration tools, spreadsheets, forms, databases, automation, and similar platforms
- Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities can change and processes may need to be built from the ground up
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with both developer and enterprise/B2B communities
- Experience partnering directly with Product or Research teams
- Experience managing beta, early-access, or trusted-tester programs
- Experience working with NDAs or confidential product programs
- Technical fluency and comfort using AI tools such as Claude to improve workflows and automate processes
- Experience building community programs from an early stage through growth
What Makes This Role Interesting
This is not a role focused on just one area of community management.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across community programs, online communities, operations, and product feedback.
You’ll also work closely with teams across Product, Research, Marketing, and Community, giving you the opportunity to directly influence how community insights are understood and how products are developed.
If you enjoy building programs, working directly with users, creating structure out of ambiguity, and turning community conversations into meaningful product insights, this could be a strong opportunity.
