Company Overview

Vibe Marketing focuses on brand promotion, digital marketing, creative strategy, and business growth solutions. The company is preparing to establish a subsidiary in Chicago focusing on blockchain technology, digital asset infrastructure, fintech solutions, and enterprise blockchain services.

This subsidiary is currently in the planning stage. Until all necessary licenses and regulatory approvals are obtained, the subsidiary will not provide investment advice, execute client trades, operate exchanges, transfer funds, or hold client assets.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Business Officer (CBO) to develop the subsidiary’s business strategy, build strategic partnerships, and lead revenue growth. The CBO will work closely with the CEO, board, technology team, and legal counsel to build a compliant and scalable blockchain business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business and market access strategies.

Identify new blockchain, fintech, and digital asset opportunities.

Build partnerships with technology providers, financial institutions, and enterprise clients.

Lead business development, sales, pricing, and revenue planning.

Expand institutional client and partnership relationships.

Oversee business agreements and strategic negotiations.

Coordinate licensing requirements with the legal and compliance team.

Recruit and manage the business development and partnerships team.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and business risks.

Report business performance and strategic progress to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

At least 12 years of experience in business development or senior management leadership.

Experience in blockchain, fintech, financial services, digital assets, or enterprise technology.

A proven track record of strong partnership development and revenue growth.

Familiarity with U.S. digital asset regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary of $190,000 to $280,000, depending on experience.
