What you’ll work on:
🔹 Conduct individualized skill and behavior assessments
🔹 Develop and oversee customized treatment plans
🔹 Provide parent coaching and guidance
🔹 Train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
🔹 Analyze data and track client progress
🔹 Apply evidence-based ABA strategies

💰 Competitive salary: $85,000–$100,000 depending on experience
