We’re looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join a growing AI function within an established construction organisation. Working directly with the Head of AI, you’ll help turn ideas into practical solutions that deliver real business value.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, experimenting and shipping products into production. Not managing people. Not creating PowerPoint decks. Not navigating stakeholder politics. Instead, you’ll focus on designing, building and deploying AI agents, copilots and intelligent workflows that solve genuine business challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and deploy AI-powered solutions that automate processes and improve productivity.
• Design AI agents and workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies.
• Rapidly prototype ideas and take successful concepts into production.
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM platforms and other business systems.
• Develop reusable components that can be applied across multiple use cases.
• Continuously improve solutions based on user feedback and business outcomes.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and experiment with new approaches.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience building and deploying AI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations and connected systems.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar modern technologies.
• A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Someone who enjoys creating products and seeing them adopted by end users.

Desirable

• Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Chatbots, agents, copilots or virtual assistants.
• RAG solutions.
• Modern web applications and user-focused product design.
• Exposure to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Azure AI.
