🤝 Working alongside our Head of Design, you’ll shape how customers experience Gauder: through packaging, Amazon listings, and every presentation. You’ll take ownership of your area, make meaningful changes, see their impact immediately, and focus on the details others tend to overlook.

Location: Vienna, Austria

Salary: Starting at €2,850 gross per month (14 annual payments), with higher compensation depending on qualifications and experience, plus a performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Packaging: Design packaging for new and existing products, from initial concepts to print-ready files.

• Amazon Listings: Create product images, infographics, and A+ Content for our Amazon listings across Europe.

• Presentations: Develop presentations that stand out from generic slide decks through clear, compelling, and distinctive visual design.

• Design System: Think in visual systems rather than isolated designs. See our brands not as fixed sets of guidelines but as evolving identities that grow with the company. Continuously refine our visual language and challenge existing solutions, including your own.

Qualifications

• Education: A degree or formal training in Graphic Design or Communication Design (university, university of applied sciences, or vocational institution). Your skills and portfolio matter more to us than your qualifications on paper.

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally involving print projects or e-commerce.

• Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and Figma.

• Languages: German and English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

• Attention to Detail: You notice missing millimeters and misaligned pixels before they become costly mistakes.

• Mindset: You have strong design instincts and can explain your creative decisions. You approach challenges with curiosity, conduct research, experiment, and ask questions. When there’s no obvious answer, you break down the problem to find a solution.

Nice to Have

• Photography & Video: Ability to create compelling product visuals, including studio photography, lifestyle photography, and short product videos.

• 3D Design: Experience with 3D modeling and rendering tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.

• E-Commerce: Previous experience designing for Amazon or other online marketplaces.
