International Call Center Agent / Telecaller – Night Shift | High Salary + Unlimited Incentives

**Job Summary**

We are hiring energetic and confident International Call Center Agents to join our rapidly growing team in Dhaka. This is a high-volume, voice-based process where you will handle outbound and inbound calls for our international clients (USA/Canada/UK). **Job Responsibilities**

– Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls for international customers.
– Pitch products or services clearly, explain offers, and answer customer queries.
– Generate and qualify leads to convert them into successful sales or appointments.
– Follow call scripts and guidelines while maintaining a professional tone.
– Meet daily and monthly call, lead, and conversion targets.
– Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the CRM.
– Handle customer objections professionally and provide satisfactory resolutions.
– Coordinate with the team lead to improve call quality and conversion rates.

**Educational Requirements**

– SSC / HSC / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– Freshers are welcome to apply.

**Experience Requirements**

– 0 – 2 years of experience in any field.
– Experience in a call center or telemarketing role is a plus, but not required.

**Additional Requirements**

– **Age:** 18 – 32 years.
– **Language:** Excellent verbal communication skills in **English** (must be fluent and clear).
– **Computer Skills:** Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
– **Soft Skills:** Persuasive, target-oriented, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
– **Availability:** Must be able to work at night (US/Canada shift).

**Compensation & Other Benefits**

– **Salary:** **Tk. 18,000 – Tk. 25,000 (Monthly)** (Negotiable based on experience).
