We’re looking for a Creator & Content Manager to help bring a new digital product to life by building strong creator relationships and managing content from initial brief through to publication.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows creators, builds relationships that last and can keep a busy content pipeline moving.
What You’ll Do
- Own the creator relationship lifecycle, from identifying and recruiting creators through onboarding and ongoing partnership.
- Manage an active roster of creators, building trusted relationships and keeping them engaged and creating.
- Brief creators on content needs, timelines and deliverables.
- Manage the content pipeline end to end, tracking deliverables, coordinating feedback and revisions and keeping content on schedule.
- Get approved content live, working directly within publishing and supply tools and systems.
- Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot blockers and keep content moving.
- Manage multiple creator relationships, priorities and deadlines with strong organization and follow-through.
- Help build efficient creator and content processes as the product grows.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, content operations or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing creator or influencer relationships and building long-term partnerships.
- Experience managing content from creator brief through review, approval and publication.
- Comfort working directly in publishing, supply and content workflow tools and systems.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- A strong understanding of creator culture and digital content.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- An agile, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

What We Offer
- $100,000–$130,000 CAD, depending on experience.
