Advisor Marketing Manager – Wealth Management

Location: Remote (Ideally in Tennessee, Colorado, Arizona, South Dekota, Pennsylvania, or Mississippi) for some travel to a local office.

Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 salary

We’re hiring an Advisor Marketing Manager on behalf of our client—a growing wealth management firm with 30+ advisors across 12 branch offices.

This role has one clear goal: help advisors grow organically. If you enjoy building marketing strategy with people and then rolling up your sleeves to get it done, we want to talk.

Why this role?

  • Be the main marketing contact for 30+ advisors and help each one grow their business
  • Build an annual marketing plan with each advisor, with S.M.A.R.T. goals and a clear path to get there
  • Split your time between strategy and hands-on work, running campaigns across digital, email, social, and print
  • Create the playbooks, templates, and tiered service model that let advisor marketing grow along with the firm
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing, Business Development Manager, and Content Strategist
  • Visit branch offices in person to build real advisor relationships

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally working directly with clients or advisors on strategy
  • Financial services or RIA experience
  • Comfort coaching on strategy one minute and building the campaign or email yourself the next
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle many advisors’ plans at once without losing track of details
  • Relationship-building instincts and excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Redtail
  • Working knowledge of FINRA and SEC advertising compliance
  • A self-starting, positive, solution-focused approach that fits a remote-first role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)

What we offer:

  • $90,000–$105,000 base salary
  • Remote-first flexibility with regular branch travel
  • A high-impact role reporting to the Director of Marketing
  • Ongoing professional development through conferences, webinars, and industry learning
  • A Monday–Thursday 8–5 schedule with 3:00 p.m. finishes on Fridays
  • The chance to shape how advisor marketing grows as new offices are added
