Attributa is a specialized marketing workshop for B2B teams, building AI agents, attribution systems, and software that clarify how go-to-market strategies truly perform. Founded in 2022 as a marketing attribution consultancy, the company now delivers senior-led engagements in marketing operations, measurement, and AI-driven tools. Attributa works with complex B2B organizations that have outgrown off-the-shelf solutions, designing custom systems across the modern marketing stack, including Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other platforms. The team focuses on solving hard problems through simple, scalable solutions, with the same experts scoping and delivering each engagement to maintain quality and depth.
Role Description The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute strategic marketing initiatives for Attributa. Your responsibilities include developing and refining go-to-market plans, coordinating demand generation campaigns, and managing marketing performance across channels. The role involves collaborating with senior consultants and technical teams to align messaging, optimize funnel performance, and ensure consistent brand positioning. The Marketing Manager will analyze campaign data, recommend improvements to attribution and measurement approaches, and contribute to content and product marketing efforts that support Attributa’s AI and analytics offerings. This position requires proactive communication, strong project management, and the ability to work independently with complex B2B stakeholders.
This is what your day to day would look like: a lot of it starts with self-directed learning, building real working knowledge of marketing operations and attribution and the tools behind it, things like Adobe Marketo Measure and Marketo Engage, largely by digging in on your own with the learning resources and support leadership makes available. That understanding is what lets you work closely with Attributa’s consultants, taking what they know and turning it into webinars, articles, and social content that puts their expertise in front of the right audience credibly. Alongside that content work, you’d be coordinating co-marketing opportunities with Attirubta’s partners. This includes coordinating blog articles, webinars, events and the social promotion that goes with them for partners like Adobe, Dreamdata, Funnel.io, Chili Piper, and Knak. You’d also be the person keeping the company’s public presence current, updating the website through WordPress and running the LinkedIn and YouTube channels day to day, from planning what gets posted to actually publishing it. And when an engagement wraps with a client, you’d be the one building that story into a case study, working directly with the client contact, and primary consultant, to pull together something that shows what the work actually achieved. Altogether, it’s a role that sits at the center of how Attributa shows up publicly, requiring you to genuinely understand a technical space and then translate that understanding into the content and presence that builds the firm’s reputation.
