The Head of Advertising is a full-time remote role responsible for leading all advertising initiatives to expand Roarke Regenerative’s visibility, impact, and supporter base. This position oversees the development and execution of multi-channel advertising strategies across digital, social, print, and broadcast platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing targeting and messaging, and coordinating with marketing, fundraising, and partnership teams. The role includes managing external agencies or vendors, overseeing advertising budgets, and ensuring that campaigns are data-informed and compliant with nonprofit standards. The Head of Advertising will also mentor team members, contribute to overall marketing strategy, and help shape storytelling that engages donors, corporate partners, and the broader public.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, campaign performance analysis, and ROI evaluation for advertising initiatives.
- Candidates should possess experience in Sales and Marketing, particularly in developing and promoting campaigns that drive engagement, donations, and partnerships.
- Candidates should possess proven Team Management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams, mentoring staff, and collaborating effectively in a remote environment.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in nonprofit or environmental organizations, familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools, strategic planning skills, and a track record of managing advertising budgets.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Base salary: $150,000–$165,000, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive annual performance bonus
