We are searching for a skilled designer or team for our website’s long-term development and maintenance.
The site must present our products compellingly and attractively, highlighting their unique origins and stories.
Additionally, it should be adept at gathering leads from various organizations, charities, and brands interested in our offerings. Ongoing responsibilities will include regularly crafting and refreshing landing pages for a diverse range of clients and partners, including charities, sports teams, hotels, and product sales pages. Requirements
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in UI/UX design, particularly with B2B websites.
- Proven track record of designing for B2B / DTC brands
- Proficiency in UI/UX design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first principles.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Design Skills:
- Ability to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate brand identity.
- Skilled in graphic design, with a strong eye for visual composition and aesthetics.
- Creating Lead funnels and understating lead flow
User-Centric Approach:
- Demonstrated ability in creating user-centered design solutions.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, user-friendly designs.
Knowledge of Web Technologies:
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and e-commerce design
Creativity and Innovation:
- Strong creative thinking skills to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Willingness to experiment with new design trends and technologies.
Portfolio Requirement:
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills, particularly in B2B and e-commerce.
Additional Requirements:
- Understanding of SEO principles.
- Creating Lead funnels
- Interest and experience in the functional food and beverage sector are advantageous.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate how their design choices can improve user experience and meet the specific needs of a B2B manufacturing consulting business. The role will require ongoing collaboration with our team to ensure that the website remains innovative, functional, and aligned with our brand and business objectives.
