Cowlabs is a venture studio. Our team creates successful products from scratch combining technical expertise, business experience, and rich network of innovators. We build consumer oriented software products that users love. Our main focus is on creating new user experiences enabled by Bitcoin and decentralised protocols.
Who are we looking for?
We are in search of a passionate product designer who excels in creating breathtaking consumer software products. You should be versatile, equally thrilled about crafting as you are proficient at it. Your responsibilities will range from designing user journeys, constructing wireframes, and showcasing your expertise in Figma, to staying in sync with the latest trends in the UI/UX realm.
We prioritise hardcore skills, curiosity, and a natural ability to get things done, rather than formal education or years of experience.
What will you do?
As an early team member, you’ll have a significant influence on our overall approach researching and designing user experiences for mobile or web platforms. Currently, we mainly use Figma for any UI design works.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Understand product specifications and user psychology.
- Conduct ongoing user research.
- Create personas through user research and data.
- Stay up to date with competitor products and industry trends.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around user needs.
- Plan and implement new designs using tools like Figma.
- Optimize existing user interface designs.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
- Conduct concept, user experience, and usability testing and gather feedback.
Where and how will you work?
This full-time position offers adequate startup compensation in your preferred currency and share options. We are a fully remote company, open to candidates located anywhere +/- 3 hours from CET.
