As we continue to evolve and disrupt the food delivery industry, we’re looking for a UI/UX Digital Designer specializing in Design Systems to join our dynamic Development Department. In this role, you’ll be central to our mission, creating and maintaining a future-proof design system to provide intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with the development team to create and implement a robust, scalable design system for our web platform.
2. Convert complex, technical processes into user-friendly, accessible designs for a diverse customer base.
3. Design and refine wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design strategies.
4. Lead visual design stages from initial concept to final hand-off, ensuring consistency across all platforms and devices.
5. Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards, ensuring our brand identity is consistently represented.
6. Regularly review and update the design system to accommodate new features, ensuring it remains flexible and scalable to meet future business needs.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a front-end/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in creating and maintaining design systems (Dribbble, CodePen, Behance, etc.)
2. Proficiency in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
3. Expertise in Figma.
4. A basic understanding of front-end languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
5. Excellent visual design skills with an emphasis on typography.
6. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
8. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
