About the Role

Your role as a designer at arcab will involve creating innovative, functional, and enjoyable experiences for users that will shape the future of mobility. Your responsibilities include shaping product experiences from initial sketches to final implementation. You will utilize design thinking techniques to develop optimal solutions for your products and employ storytelling methods to effectively communicate with and engage stakeholders.

You Would

1. Lead the end-to-end product design process, including user research, conceptualization, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design.

2. Conduct comprehensive audience research to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, translating findings into actionable design solutions.

3. Utilize user-centered design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance the overall user experience.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product goals, requirements, and roadmap.

5. Drive the development and maintenance of a robust design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across our product portfolio.

6. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iteratively improve product designs and enhance usability.

7. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements and interactions.
