We are looking for a talented and passionate Technical writer who will help to create well-structured and extensive documentation.
As a Technical Writer, you will be a part of our dynamic team and report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Our humble beginnings led to the creation of the Defense Platform, the backbone of all our products that safeguards enterprises from sophisticated bot attacks, fraud, and account abuse. Today, we verify the humanity of more than 20 trillion interactions per week for some of the largest companies and internet platforms.
PROJECT
As a member of the Technical Writer Charter, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience by crafting comprehensive documentation that supports product functionalities, streamlines onboarding processes, optimizes day-to-day operations, and facilitates product discovery.
- Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation tailored to various audiences, including developers, security analysts, and DevOps engineers
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to gather technical information and insights for documentation creation
- Continuously improve existing documentation and create new materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with product updates and enhancements
- Work proactively to identify opportunities for enhancing product usability, functionality, and user satisfaction through effective documentation strategies
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of the Technical Writing team by sharing expertise, providing mentorship, and participating in recruitment activities
- Collaborate with other teams in Product, Engineering & Marketing to maximize the impact of our educational content and ensure it’s aligned with broader business goals
- 3+ years of experience in writing technical documentation focused on the software development domain
- Strong passion for technology and exceptional writing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable documentation
- Skilled in documenting APIs, SDKs, command-line interfaces, and other technical components
- Familiarity with Agile practices, including collaboration within Agile teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Creative, empathetic, optimistic, collaborative, and naturally curious
- Passion for learning and sharing knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Technical Writing)
- Native or near-native English proficiency
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Ability to work independently and proactively, including the capability to ping others for necessary information or if information is not provided on time
- Responsibility for taking ownership of tasks and ensuring they are completed successfully
