We are seeking a Tableau Developer working remotely. The Tableau Developer is responsible for Tableau reporting and visualization and actively interfacing with business teams and external vendors. They will manage Tableau development and server upgrades and will collaborate closely with functional leads and business teams to ensure visualization and data representation are highly effective and interactive.

• Design visualization architecture for converting data to meaningful information.
• Participate in architecting and implementing solutions that improve business process efficiency and accuracy.
• Interact with stakeholders across multiple business units and IT to understand requirements.
• Apply domain expertise to advise business units on best practices, processes, and system improvements.
• Gather and document business requirements, formulate use cases and participate in solution design activities.
• Comprehensive grasp of data visualization methods; ability to create and tell a story with a set of elements within an Excel/Power BI environment.
• Strong Excel charting and pivot table experience, as well as proficiency with PowerPoint and Visio.
• Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years’ Tableau development experience
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project governance practices required.
• Must possess strong attention-to-detail, strong individual initiative, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.
