Reporting directly to our CEO/CPO, you’ll be a strategic product leader who can also execute quickly in our fast-paced environment. We need someone with experience building and scaling engaging web and mobile products for consumers. You must have experience driving user retention and engagement through outstanding product experiences.
As a Lead Product Manager for our User Growth and Engagement teams, you will own the end-to-end user experience across our platforms and offerings. You will deeply understand our users’ needs, behaviors, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research. Using this knowledge, you will define the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements that deliver outstanding user experiences. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful execution against an ambitious roadmap.
You will leverage data to make decisions, prioritize initiatives, and measure success. Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from metrics are essential. You must be able to deeply listen to users so as to clearly communicate product rationale, break down complex problems, and earn stakeholder alignment. Experience in product management for consumer tech products, particularly marketplaces, is highly desired. You should have a track record of delivering user-centric products that meet business goals and have the battle scars to show for it.
