WeAreKK is a mission-driven company dedicated to making a significant impact in our community. We manage multiple brands including the Wax app, Killing Kittens, and KK Cruise. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team and help us enhance our online presence across all brands.

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the hands-on overall strategy for each brand’s social media presence. You will help direct the strategy for social content creation and execute ideas generated by the team. You will also delegate tasks to freelancers and coordinate with graphic designers and videographers to produce engaging content. You are responsible for the engagement of each channel – you must have experience at Tik Tok videos, Instagram reels, and youtube shorts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement social media strategies for each brand within The KK Group.
• Content Direction: Guide and direct the creation of social media content, including graphics, A-lot of videos, and written posts. Work with the team to bring their ideas to life.
• Execution: Execute social media campaigns and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery of content.
• Delegation: Delegate tasks to freelancers and team members, ensuring they are well-briefed and equipped to engage on social platforms and within our apps.
• Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality content.
• Community Engagement: Oversee community engagement efforts, ensuring consistent and positive interactions with our audience.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Live and breath social ! you MUST LOVE IT
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Ability to direct and guide a-lot of content creation.
• Experience in delegating tasks and managing freelancers. But also be hands on with all tasks
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with creative teams.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Creativity and a keen eye for design and visual content.
