Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives
• Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create and curate engaging content, such as posts, images, videos, and infographics, that resonate with our target audience
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and metrics to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and actively participate in online conversations to enhance brand reputation
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content and align messaging across different channels
• Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative strategies and campaigns

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all platforms
