About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Magic Square. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing social media channels for crypto or Web3 projects, as well as a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends in the industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that supports the overall marketing and communication goals of the company. This will include creating engaging content for social media platforms, monitoring and responding to comments and messages, and analyzing metrics to identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of how to effectively use social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to reach target audiences. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and communication goals of the company.
• Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and video.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Analyze social media metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the social media strategy as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into the social media strategy.
• Create and manage social media campaigns, including the development of targeting, budget, and creative assets.
• Manage and maintain a content calendar for social media channels.
• Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to amplify reach and engagement.
• Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives.

The ideal candidate – who you are and requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably for a brand or organization in the crypto or Web3 space.
• Fluent English Speaker.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for a variety of social media platforms.
• Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Zoho Social.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Experience with content creation tools such as Figma.
• Familiarity with image and video editing software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
