Description of the offer

Permanent position, full-time, hybrid (remote in combination with our offices in Munich, Berlin, Dresden, Erfurt)

YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for all concepts, wireframes, mockups, the final visualization and optimization of existing and new software interfaces.
• You drive the design and continuous development of the designs and take them to a new level.
• You work closely with the product managers and developers and know the business customers.
• You support the team in all graphical issues and support the implementation.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed a design degree (university or college), e.g. in the field of communication design, web design or interaction design, or have a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position and have already achieved significant success there.
• You have a strong portfolio that reflects your experience in UX/UI design.
• Programming knowledge and experience with agile working methods are desirable.
• You want to be part of the energy transition and see an impact through your work every day.
• You appreciate the dynamics of a start-up and have the flexibility and passion to help shape continuous change.
• You are a team player, like to communicate and see giving and receiving feedback as a valuable part of your everyday life.
• You have a high level of motivation, independence and flexibility to achieve our goals.
• You have very good knowledge of German and English (minimum C1 level).
