Description of the offer

We are FoundersCard, a membership community of over 100,000 of the world’s most successful and influential entrepreneurs, innovators, and business owners. We’re looking for a strong UX / UI design leader to improve the usability of FoundersCard’s website and app.

You Will:

• Own and revamp the FoundersCard user experience on the web and app.
• Deliver user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Monitor engagement and iterate on design improvements over time.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Design ongoing static and video marketing creative for our social/digital advertisements, emails, web experiences and other media as needed.
• Conduct usability tests to validate effectiveness of design ideas.
• Conduct user interviews to gain a deep understanding of FoundersCard users and user needs.

Requirements:

• Experience defining and enforcing UX / UI guidelines.
• Experience conducting user tests and interviews.
• Experience with web and mobile design.
• Ability to build interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Past work with high-end / luxury brands (preferred)
