- After joining the company, first of all, you will lead the recruitment work in cooperation with the Hiring Manager, focusing on the following. In collaboration with them, you will be responsible for considering and implementing measures for a series of recruitment processes from acquiring applications related to recruitment of recruitment positions to acceptance of joining.
- Formulation and tuning of hiring plans with business managers
- Promoting the planning and execution of measures to form a population of high-layer positions
- CxO, business owner, management layer
- Communication with Stakeholders
- Optimization of recruitment process based on quantitative and qualitative information
- Design and execute operations that improve the candidate experience
- Advice and support for Recruiter members
- In the future, depending on your own will and aptitude, we also entrust you with the following duties.
- Formulation and execution of company-wide personnel strategy
- Designing and implementing an optimal evaluation system as the organization expands
- Design and construction of training systems, culture development, etc. to maximize organizational productivity
